Favourite breakfast cereal
This one is from Zonnatura. I used to make this myself but how convenient is it when you can just buy it. I love cereal but granola contains too much sugar. Because of the chocolate bits it satisfies my sweet tooth without eating too much sugar. I love to add some raspberries because it is one of my favourite fruits. The best part, there is no coconut in this! I hate the taste of coconut except when I eat a curry.
Favourite health and fitness blogger
I love Marloes from Optima Vita. She is a dietician and a lifestyle and fitness advisor. What I truly love about her is that she gives honest advice, doesn’t only talk about so called super foods but brings attention to all the great food that we were already eating.
Favourite drink
I love the new Spa duo fruit. It is not fizzy but fresh. It’s doesn’t contain a lot of calories. My new favourite weekend drink.
